isnt there that W drop...or is that the direct drop....u bend forward first, then you lean back and drop to a W shap and from there u can go into a six step or something

not sure, the step by step dvd says there is a direct drop, which is just going down into footwork, then there's the kneedrop, then there is the twist down/ corkscrew. But that's all into footwork. Any drop besides that that I know is the coindrop, and that's some kind of windmill incorporated move.

o my bad i got the W drop move from the master class part of the step by step DVD...its actually a go down so i guess its not a true drop...lol my bad

I'm just starting out and I read somewhere the basic drops are sweep, backsweep, kneedrop, and corkscrew.
