Just jump into the air as high as u can cross your legs and land in that position. lol its scary at first but once u actually try it u find it dont hurt even 1% well actually i hurt my tailbone really bad doing this so practice on carpet or grass first. i cando it now tho so no worries

lol man you guys are funny..butt suicide..well i tried this one thing.. the crowd likes it. Just do a gainer but land on your back, you might get the wind knocked out of you if you do it wrong, and kip up. kinda fun if your not scared of hurting yourself. remember to practice on something soft first. like the grass or pads. or maybe one of those astro jumps, thats how i got my flips down. also remember not to land on your upperback or you'll get the wind knocked out of you and you'll start coughing and everyone will laugh at you. dont land on your lower back either cuz you'll break something. land on your butt, but if you decide to land on your back, break your fall with your hands. hope this helps.

What are you trying to do? cripple the boy?

A good drop to start with is the knee drop. Hook your left foot under and around your right knee, so that the ball of your foot is facing the ground and to the right. Now, try to land on that foot, in that position. It will take some practice, and there is some rotation involved, but you should just feel it when you do it. From the ground, you can either spin and go into footwork, or bounce back up to standing, which also look way cool.

Another good drop i like to do but only in battles.



1.extend your right or left heel(whatever your better foot) forward.But at the same time extend your opposite toe backwards.Your arms should automatically go up...and your legs should bein a upside down v position.

2.Now you arch your back,go on the tips of your feet and push your fists forward.Your doing this while going straight down.

3.Come up and prepare for the final step which is a punch, kick, or attack.I usually wave my hands around before releasing.

4. Step out with homocidal anger, evil vigor,and extreme force and release the dangerous attack...its a FRIENDLY challenge move

Hey man a really easy and impressive move i found out is one of my own. What you do is you sit on the ground then fallback onto your shoulders and head. once your in this posision bend your legs toward you so that your knees are almost touchin your face and then pop! thrust your legs into the air and youll get like 8 inches...if u do it right it wont hurt at all if you to it wrong u might hurt ur back a little...its the PoPShoulder

I got one of the orignal drops. This drop is called the quarkscrew drop. Here's a video of me doing one....
