Hey man a really easy and impressive move i found out is one of my own. What you do is you sit on the ground then fallback onto your shoulders and head. once your in this posision bend your legs toward you so that your knees are almost touchin your face and then pop! thrust your legs into the air and youll get like 8 inches...if u do it right it wont hurt at all if you to it wrong u might hurt ur back a little...its the PoPShoulder
