yea.. a knee drop is good.. if you do it correctly.. just do a knee drop> six step.. kinda bounce into it

so thats how u need to execute the knee drop i was doin it totaly wrong no wonder y, i kept landin on my knees, it wasnt painfull jus didnt seep right thnx for postin up the vid

I just do airswipes for drops but what's a kip up descripton doing ina drop section isnt a kip up something peeps use to get UP? sorry im confused

no that wasn't a real knee drop a real one yu drop forward not sideways and slow like that T.T its okay but he did it wrong in that video

A kneedrop to the side is way better and safer than a kneedrop to the front.
It IS a kneedrop, just not a fast one so next time before you say shit just think ok? =)

hey wats up. i just figured out the knee drop, it looks pretty cool when u do it instead of going into footwork u drop n then kinda spin back up...
