Try it on grass first, or any other softer ground. It helps to try it on hills as well, build up confidence. Er I'm going to go read goose's guide so you should too? :P

Avoid landing on the top of your back near the neck at all costs a underflip could literally paralyze you... not that you should keep that kinda stuff in mind cause fear would probably push you even further into doubting and underflipping... Okay I'll stop.

dude! that looks like it hurts! nah but you just have to commit. thats all there is to it. think of it this way, if your scared to try it and you change your mind in the middle itll just hurt more. and try to jump higher.
