Thanks so much for the great guide. I understand breakfalls pretty well from kung fu and wrestling, but I don't understand many of these moves. If someone could pm me a vid (especially of the knee fall) that would be great.

post from months ago but i can feel the pain , the funnest thing i think about doing suicides though is when people go OOOO , evne tho it doesnt hurt at all ;D |
