had to say this guide helped a lot, i just did my first front flip suicide in front of my spanish class (long story), and not only did i do it unharmed, but i could hear gasps in the crowd as i landed. i think thats the best reaction to get from a suicide from a nonbreaking crowd.
some people say that can't dance, i tell them to watch MTV. apparently, if you can move your ass without movin your feet, you can dance.

hey i do 2 moves that i think r suicides
1) i call it the water strider: i do a forward flip but dont land on my back i catch myself on the tips of my fingers hurts if i have long nails but thats bout it
2) i call it the torpedo: its similar to that forward-side flip but i perform it diferently i do wat i think r swipes then from there i twist my body as i jump forward and land on my back the back of one hand is the only thing that hurts

i did a standing suicide and i just swung my right leg over and my friend said 'your head was dangerously close to the ground that time" and so i did it again andf i landed on my head. my wworld was jarred by the impact and i just lay there unmoving and dazed for a while
i wish i could do head spins -B-BoyKT
Left leg swings/keeps your hips off the ground. If this leg bends or collapses in any way, you will drop like teh rock in eh pond. - br8kness

hey just curious, i'm practicing deadman. Because you dont spread your arms out for this, you just hold your whole body straight, is there anything else i should know besides breath out and make my whole body hit at once? I think i'm ready to try it on hard ground but i think it'd best to ask if i should know anything else. thanks in advanced
Everything was in someone's hands........

Also, when i do it on mats or something soft, my head has something to sink into, when i do it on floor my head slips back when im falling, this worries me because of the whole breaking my neck risk. cause i can take risks with my arms and legs a little, they will heal. with the neck, if i screw myself, that's it.
As much help with it as possible would be appreciated, thanks.

MAKE SURE YOUR NECK IS COMPLETELY STIFF
thats all i could tell you
a move like the dead man needs a lot of conditioning, and if you feel you are ready to try it on hard floor, then I will leave that to your discretion.
The main thing to keep in mind is, make sure your neck, under any cricumstances, does not move. Stiffen your neck and raise your shoulders, bring your arms into your side and brace for impact XD.
The idea is to not hit the back of your head or snap your neck in any way.
Best of luck with that!
