Here are just some drops im pretty good at. When i get my cam back ill make some vids to go along with them.
Knee drop:

Overview and what a knee drop is:
A knee drop is a drop (A way to get from toprock to the floor for footwork, powermoves, freezes and what ever else you can conjure up

) where you put your leg behind your knee and drop onto the floor with what looks like your knee.
What you actually do is drop onto the tip of your shoe.
1: First get into standing position, later on you can try this from toprock, but for now do it standing still.
2: slowly put right (or left) foot behind your left knee.
3: now drop to the floor slowly catching urself on the tip of your right leg shoe.
This gives off the effect that you look like your on ur knee.

Sixstep:
do steps 1,2, and 3 then when your on the floor put your hands in front of you, and snap open your legs to a V on the floor. Now your in the first six-step position.
Mills:
do steps 1,2, and 3 and get into the same position like your going into the sixstep but put one arm into your gut, and the other where your head would be if you kneeled over your stabbed (gutted) hand.
Swipes:
do steps 1,2, and 3 now pull the kneed leg out and hold it up in the air straight in front of you, at the same time shift your body weight backwards and put down your hands to get ready for the swipes.
Tips:
------
Do this slow at the beggining! Ive seen people crack their knees open by doing it to fast first time and hitting the floor with their knee and not their foot.
After youve got it well enough try Kicking your leg into the back of your knee, this gives the move more style and looks like your really kicking down to the floor.
when you put ur foot into the back of your knee put the curved part of your foot (Right below shin)

Sweep Drop:

Overview and what a sweep drop is:
This drop is usually used to get into windmills, munchmills, back spins, freezes, and some more but they dont pop up into my head right now

Basically what you do is bend down sweed your leg and get into handglide position.
1: Toprock a little, first off. This is to get your body warmed up.
2: Bend your knees and kneel down to the floor.
3: sweep your left (or right) leg under y our right leg.
4: bring your right leg up into the air behind you, at the same time put your arms down into the handglide position.
5:now your in windmill position. bring your sweeping leg around and then the leg you pulled up under it as you pull the sweeping leg up.
Now if you know how to mill you should already be milling. This is NOT a milling guide. So dont expect me to explain
