Ok this is my first guide so if it sux i apologize deeply.

Things u need

1. Balls - if u aint got guts ur gonna crash and hurt urself badly.
2. Something soft to practice landing on - i dont wanna be responsible for crippling bboys/girls.
3. Ambulance on speed-dial - u may need it.

Getting started

ok if u already know backflips skip this bit.

Backflip

1. Starting position - knees bent, keep ur torso straight, arms out in front of u.

2. Wind-up - bend ur knees, and swing ur arms up over ur head (this is important as it will provide a lot of momentum for ur flip)

3. Jump - Jump up and back and arch ur torso backwards, whip ur legs up and over quickly.

4. Dont freak out - if u do this hit the speed-dial button.

5. Landing - ok u didnt freak out and u've turned all the way over put ur feet back on the ground and bend them, hopefully this will help stop ur backwards momentum and u should stay on ur feet, if not do it again.

The next step

Ok so u can backflip now, ur not scared (or ur high or pissed) and u wanna add a suicide at the end.

1. Starting position - same as a backflip

2. Jump - ok when u jump this time u wanna tuck ur legs and arms into ur body to allow u to rotate another 90 degrees in the air, this can be difficult but its all momentum, if uve got something to land on u shouldnt get hurt (i used a couple of mattresses and sum pillows)

3. Landing - ok this is the important bit coz theres no point doin a suicide if u cant get up after it, once uve got ur rotation down u shud be falling with ur back to the ground, the trick is to take the impact away from ur back. To do this as ur about to land open ur body up and straightn ur arms and legs so u look like a crucifix, as u land slap down with ur arms and bend ur kness slightly so ur heels take alot of the impact.

4. Ditch the pillows

tips

-if u have access to a tramoline practice on that, u can get the rotation down without too much danger of breakin ur back.
-practice getting as much height as u can on ur backflips
-if ur scared dont bother tryin it coz ur gonna get hurt

ok thats about it, as soon as i get a camera ill post a video of this coz i know that it makes things easier to learn
