alright
i'll work on clip guides for some drops
basically though
corkscrew and sleeper are almost the same things from what i can tell ( one goes up and one goes down)
you put one foot behind the other and untwist as you go to the floor, landing with one hand on your side so you're leaning out, ready for footwork
unwind back up and you're standing
front and back sweeps are like helicopters from standing ( correct me if i'm wrong) and if not, then you should try helicopter from standing anyhow because its a nice, dynamic way to get to the floor
you can also just step back and put one hand on the ground and then you're there
other ways to get down
somersault - it can look pretty nice and old school so long as it's quick, tight, and you don't set it up obviously... end in a little freeze then pop it in to footwork
get in to a preparation for 1990 and then swing that in to a helicopter
handstand freeze, kick back and land on the floor
handstand freeze, drop down in to forearm freeze, flip over in to chair and do some shoulder footwork , pop up on to your arms and continue
just some ideas
you must have been a bgirl.... because the only moves that you pulled on me were heartbreakers
- the visionaries
