Well learn how to do coffee grinderz a.k.a helicopter then just do one of those while crouching down at the same time. That is a sweep drop iznt it? coz im not sure, what the names are but im pretty sure thats what it is

Actually.
A sweep drop is a jump up and then a sweep with your leg to get down onto the floor.
Mike garcia uses it (Yes i hate him -_-)
What you wanna do is stand straight up.
then lean forward and fall on your hands while you sweep your leg (either leg) and hit the other one. So what happens is when you hit it your legs shoot open and you need to end up in a planche position. (Or a handglide position) Great for getting into a quick windmill from standing. your supposed to have the sweeping leg be more strait but i couldn't balance on the moving cardboard that well so it was bent
