I just wanna know whether there's this drop where u look like u drop on ur back and bounce back u, standing. May I know the name...and the guide..please? |

yeah i think its a coindrop..otherwise itcould be a rubberband from standing..kinda like a suicide rubberband to kip-up..neways..coindrop the easier way is u first learn how to drop into a mill ..i do it that way..i drop to my mill and let my swinging feet takes me up back standing...i kick really hard and have to use my hand so am not perfect at all...just leearning too!!
