Try lifting your legs up a little more.
Look at coindrop tutorials on youtube. |

try learning a caveman first jus to get the swing of things,
itll help with knowing what arm to put down first and which leg should be off the ground. your right arm seems to be goin down but your not sweeping your left through and liftin your legs up enough to drop. |

ummm ok, to mill from standing, you wanna have CONFIDENCE. it seems like your too scared to lift your left leg high enough. of course, if you lift too high, you'll crash on your back which will hurt 0.o
so find a medium, but definitely gety our lower body into the air more and focus on using gravity and you legs to spin you smoothly on your back. once you get the hang of that, try kicking harder for multiple! |

learn how to do a new yorker before you do a coindrop.
if you want to do no handed coin drops also known as "K.O'S" you wanna do a movement like your bowling. |

Well, with your left leg, you have to kick more up like you're going into a handstand, rather than to the side. Then after you plant your right hand, you have to sorta scoop your left arm through the hole in between your right arm and body. Doing both of those might help you out lol
Hope I helped :] |

For the coindrop, twist your body & put one hand down first, then the powerhand and go into the coindrop all while twisting during the whole move. It's hard to explain. |

Its a bit similar to a kip-up but its not the same, its a bit more complicated. Instead of just tucking your legs in and shooting up you need to tuck them over your head and shoot them up straight not bent to straight (which will if you do nothing else force them forward and not allow you to get up) the second thing that needs to happen is a sort of twist of the body which allows your legs to continue kicking up while you raise out. The trick to this mostly involves guiding your upper-body with your arms (at first) and later (for no hands getups) either replacing the arm guide with your head, or getting a significantly stronger kick which allows you to pop up without hands.
