Recently starting making beats need feedback - 06-29-2008, 07:04 PM

Sup everyone just recently started making beats and I need some feedback on the song I made-
its on my music myspace so if you would just check it out. It's called Outstand, took about a couple of days to get it the way I want it but I there's still a bita works to be fixed so check it out on the link-

it was good but in my opinion it was too repetitive but that's just me i say it'd be good for breaking also if you mixed it with something a little more high beat it would make it very interesting to break to

The drums you used were weak imho. And I agree with the repetitive part. The vocals were a nice touch but I think the sample would sound better if it was short like in the first three seconds, as opposed to the longer version you used. The vocals at the end didn't sound right. It sounded like a cheap computer flute or something, like it came from The Legend of Zelda lol. It's all gravy other than that.
