I hate getting a new record and having it skip when I know I just bought it and I haven't even played it yet.

Has anyone ever came across this problem?

If you break to that noise that plays all day on the radio and TV, you are not a b.boy.

I wonder if it's because they are worn down or scratched?

That always happens with new vinyl. It's no big deal. It just takes a couple of plays for it to work out without any skipping.

I played a record several times and it sounds better but it still skips. How many times do I have to play it?
