I saw the vancouver thread, but I'm way too lazy to head downtown or that general area. Hoping to find some local breakers in my area. Also post any bboy events or battles, practice sessions, what have you that happens around this area as well!

But if worst comes to worst, I'll just suck it up and head down/up(?) to vancouver.

I was actually looking for Vancouver until I saw this. I live on the Bur-quilam border on North. So score I guess >.<

I moved from Hamilton, Ontario almost a year ago, and since coming here, it's just work and g/f with little to no time to get myself in shape. I was hoping to meet some b-boys/girls, learn more techniques and make new friends. Hopefully I'm able to do so here in BC.

Milkshot, if you're free within the weekends or after 6pm weekdays, I'd be down to session with you man. =)

Sweet. I'll consider going, just need directions now from skytrain/bus. >.<

What times are best to hit up the spot?

Friday's we have a dance room till 10 pm for 1 dollar flat. Other than that, everyday, from about 3-4 people arrive till 9 pm on weekdays with the exception of friday. Weekends, well, theres always people practicing.

Directions? Get off the skytrain at Surrey Central or King George and basically take a bus going to guildford. Its right across Guildford mall from the sears outside entrance. Hard to miss. It has a outdoor skatepark and a library.

Sounds easy, thanks man. So there's no early time to show up? I'd most likely show up like 6 or 7 PM weekdays. I'll give it a go tomorrow or Friday.

EDIT: So I showed up today (Wednesday) briefly (White puma jacket and black clothes, spikey hair.) It's cool over there, I enjoyed my time there though it was brief. Hopefully I can conversate more when I'm not shy and intimidated =P I'm still weak at everything, hopefully you guys can help me out~! =D Will still make it down this weekend for sure.

P.S. Sprained my thumb while performing my first 'mill. So that still hurts a bit.
