I've been wanting to breakdance and learn the tricks, but I can't seem to find a breaker in town. I usually see dancers in Robson square, but where else?

Where to meet dawg?!

There is one this Saturday Dec 29 at Douglas College in New West. I'll post the flier for that one soon. And there is one the week after on Jan 5 at Harbour Dance Center.

robson square is gone! can't believe it. where are people going to be practising? back to the alleys on cardboard?!

edit: Granville Island has a good covered spot with smooth concrete. i solo sessioned there tonight, met a cool bgirl who happened to walk by, and said she'll spread the word about the spot.
