kk so i gotta a question that is related to broncos, air swipes and any other move that requies landing on your hands from midair,
when I land the impact hurts my hands, should i bend my elbows LOTS? whata re some ways to absorb the impact when you land on your handds from a high jump?? ![]() |

It sounds like your still alittle new at them, the thing that'll really help is just practice every move with less "umph" don't jump as hard once u get really used to the move its really easy just to do them without pain. talk to me if u need hlp

well i can do broncos and almost air swipes, im jsut trying to jump BIG and land on them, and do halfs of flips and land on them and try to hold the handstand, and i have to bend my arms alott or ill dislocate my arm.

you could always start on grass
and then move to hardwood floors then concrete and if its also in ur wrist work on turtle freezes and baby freezes which would strenghten them basically ull get used to it no worries |
