Easy geez. I'll cover dat1.
A bronco (or donkey) is where you start from standin and jump into a handstand position and with your feet above your head, spring back onto your feet. You can do this once in a routine or a few times continuously. (feet,hands,feet,hands,feet,hands,feet)
If you do just 1, the higher you jump, the better it looks. You can even do one and drop it into a hollow-back.

dont listen to fizix, a Bronco is a ford automobile that has many devoted fans (search for it if you dont believe me). I also think it has something to do with cowboys...

jump forward into handstand position, then kick your feet back to standing position.
