I bet none of you's can do the proper broncos...if you think you can and want to prove me wrong post a video please

"Who ever had the nerve to say "teach me", was considered a sucker, a lil' bitch-ass punk. So you never asked no one to teach you, you never clapped when a nigga did a good move, you just stood there and acted hard, like it didn't phase you. It was all about attitude, everyone else did the clapping, not the B-Boys."

elbow forearm broncos are possible its just a little difficult to get the balance at first,
tip- bend your legs when you do broncos as your hands touch the ground bend your legs /knees and kick out again,
when you jump to your hands if you bend your legs behind u and then kick them out it will help you to spring back to your feet, and you can do this in fore arm/elbow bronco's as well, it will help u to balance as well as spring to ur feet

where there is a will there is a way

forearm broncos are possible. you just have to extend your arm when there on the ground that should push you up, plus the swinging of your legs, boom elbow broncos

nice guide, but when i'm doing a bronco, i can't seem to be able to balance myself (meaning i fall..hard -_-') when i bend my feet forwards. is this just a matter of practice or am i jumping wrong or something?

i've been having trouble with my Front handspring and i keep landing on my back, i'll get to why im bringing this up here> With my bronos i can get really nice height on them from arching my back and like you said hip control is the true key to mastering this once you tilt your hips you can rocket your legs down then shoot up it's really pretty awsome alright so With the brono i got down pat, could i kick my legs with enough power to come around and just arch my back and do a standing Hand spring?? lemme try to explain if you didn't catch it

Do a bronco, boom your in the air your feet are over your back and you keep goin, with that much momentum could you just land on your feet?
