hey, i wouldn't recommend buying it, since theirs not a lot of stuff that actually helps, but u could just borrow it from the local library or something, i did that and it was absolutely free

I would'nt really reccomend it, really
it's easy just learning foundation after you got the basics (downrock, toprock and the simple freezes) you can just learn of the guides on bboy.org or even youtube. |
