yea, it helps out alot, I learned alot of the basics, i'm tryin 2 do swipes right at tha moment but everythin behind that I can do pretty decent.

Its alrighttt...but cant really learn power from DVDs...its just too diffcult...best if you got someone to help you with your power moves....go to sessions or join a class. You'll learn alot better than to replay the same video over and over again.
