I dont think you can but if u live by somewhere that sells dvds and stuff you could do what i did. Since my mom doesnt let me buy stuff online i went to barnes & noble or borders (i forgot which 1) and i had them order the dvd. So they called when it came in and i picked it up. Oh but check on the stores website to see if they have the dvd first.
Yeah i did the same thing, went to Borders and ordered it, took about a full week, though i payed the full price of $29.99, which i didn't mind at all, this DVD is great.

ummm dont they except money orders? i mean for money orders all u do is go to the postoffice or something with your money and ask them for a money order for how much u want. then u mail it in
