The power moves dvd is the same as the vhs but the basic moves disc has 100% new footage and has a live master class taught by Zulu Gremlin so I definately recomend the dvd.

Yeah they remade the basic moves. DVD is much better since the master class and break easy's easy instructions were pwnage. I got the basics down now, I'm working on power.
