O.K. I live in australia and i really want to order the dvd but i dont own a credit card. Also I cant fill out the order and mail it to them with a cheque because theres a huge fee to get cheques made out in foreign currencies. Is there any other way to order the DVD? Do you guys do Cash on delivery or something similar? I really want this.

The best option for someone in your position is to ask somebody you know who has a credit card to help you out by ordering the DVD for you, then you can pay them back in cash.
