Slight problem w/ my delivery....GRRRR

K, new here, just registered to adress a slight problem I've had w/ my delivery.......
I ordered my Step By Step DVD on Thurs March 25, and I paid for the delivery that takes 2-4 business days.....
order confirmation came through from this site, as well as from USPS
Today I checked the tracking records of my dvd, and it's telling me: "Your item was delivered at 8:46 am on March 29, 2004 in MAUMEE, OH 43537. The item was signed for by K BOSS"
k, I have a slight problem w/ this....
I AM NOT K BOSS, I DON"T LIVE IN MAUMEE, OH, and I SURE AS HELL DON'T HAVE A DVD IN MY PLAYER right now.....
if i wanted a screwed up shipping process I would have paid to get it in 2-5 weeks (read never) but that's not what I wanted.
Alas, I'm stuck in canada, w/ a dvd that is god only knows were, and I have NO idea of how to get in contact w/ somebody about this.....
what's the deal? who do i talk to? how do I get my video so i can bask in all it's educational glory?
Any assistance would be SUPER helpful and VERY much appreciated.

One other thing,
It stated in the order for that UPS doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes, but it didn't say anything about USPS..... well, I've ordered plenty of stuff before and had no problem ordering to my P.O. box, so i did the same in this instance. I didn't go w/ UPS cause it said it wouldn't, does USPS not deliver to boxes as well? Was i wrong to assume that it would work just like all the other things i've ordered?

Geez i gotta start thinkin before i hit the post button...

I also included my house adress in the "address 2" section just to be sure..... what's bothering me is this, it told me the parcel was shipping FROM Maumee, Oh.... so why would it be back there being signed for?

Needless to say, I'm not impressed.... wish north america could sort out their shipping as well as Europe has!

You know, USPS = United States Postal Service, and you live in Canada..not sure how that would work out.

Ninja: Yeah, dun worry, got that far.... that doesn't (or at least shouldn't) effect the order since I paid for "Global Priority Mail"......
not impressed, i better get reimbursed for my shipping, this is garbagio!

ok folks, latest update...

I just got off the phone w/ "dan" from USPS, and he says i made no mistake in my order process, and the only thing that could have gone wrong, is if the people who sent it labeled it incorrectly.......

now, here's my new dilemma. I click to "order" another copy, in hopes to get to the website that i ordered from in the first place, to maybe get a phone #, and now that link isn't there. It just shoots me over to Amazon. That's not where i ordered from, what the hell?

so how am i supposed to get in contact w/ the people i ordered from to see what the hell has happened w/ my dvd, and see how they plan on rectifying the problem and reimbursing me

Latest update:

Talked to Ifulfill.com today. Turns out the order WAS returned to them, and signed for by K Boss, who i spoke with, and she told me she never signed for it. lol What's weird is they said that there's no reason for it to be returned.... crazy postage system, looks like urs is just about as good as ours in canada.

Not to worry tho, they're reshipping it today and i should expect to see it in 2-4 day (i'll believe it when it's in my player). So this will be about 10-12 days after the original ship date.

Does it seem unfair to anyone else that they won't reimburse me for my shipping since I paid for the 2-4 day delivery and got the week-2week shipment?

Anyway, sorry to rant, I'm sure once I get the disc i'll be all smiles.
