Alright, Is the second disk, the part where it teaches you the moves, just the "Power Moves" video? Because I just downloaded the headspin clip and it's the same one on the Power Moves video (which I bought ). Are they all like that for the advanced moves? I want to buy this I think.

Yes, the instructional part of Disc 2 of the DVD is from the "Power Moves" video.

If you have purchased the "Power Moves" video, you will have seen the entire instructional part of the Disc 2.

The Disc 2 also contains two full bboy events in New York City (hosted by Ken Swift) and interviews.

P.S. What is threading? And it says something about You Got Served, what's that about? Does it just mention that movie or are the people from it in the DVD?

Go take a look.

In a very basic discription, threading is a series of moves done with your feet, typically holding one foot and "threading" the other one through the gap.

If you watch Dyzee from Supernaturalz Crew you'll see a fine example of threading.
