This DVD was the best thing I bought the last years, believe me. If you want to learn breaking order this DVD, you won't regret it!
I tried to bboy a couple of months without this DVD and when I watched this DVD first time I thought 'omg, I've been doing everything wrong' |

This DVD is the real thing. You can see it through the explaining of the moves that these people are actually trying to help you learn. Mike Garcia is just in it for a quick buck. He doesn't explain it very well and only spends a couple of minutes on one move and hes on to the next. When you are trying to learn a move on this DVD, it feels like they spend a half-hour helping you learn. GREAT DVD. Must get. 5 Stars!!!

The phrase, "Dont Believe The Hype," definitely DOES NOT apply to this DVD. It more than lives up to it's advertisement, and is THE best DVD of it's kind on the market.
The instruction itself is so clear, so concise and idiot proof that you'd have to be a total moron NOT to be able to pick up at least ONE dope move just by accident! The instructors on the DVD clearly WANT you to be able to do what they're teaching you, and are NOT n it just to "show off their skillz for the camera." The master class alone is worth the price of the DVD alone. ( I particularly liked the explaination/demonstration of six step/five step/four step. and three step.) You are also given the much needed, but often neglected HISTORY surrounding the artform and homage is given to other styles like locking, popping, sacking and MORE. Enough talk, Get the DVD! |

not really. i dont think the dvd is that great. for instance, when they teach flares one part is sort of off. they teach you to kick your swinging leg at your face THROUGH the gap between your hand and your second leg.
the windmill section isnt that great either. i cant really tell the difference between the two ways they teach windmill. doesnt even teach you how to collapse, and if you cant baby freeze you cant windmill. oh wait nvm mighty mike teaches clockwise from handglide freeze |

Left leg swings/keeps your hips off the ground. If this leg bends or collapses in any way, you will drop like teh rock in eh pond. - br8kness |

Coming from a diverse background in dancing including hot moves such as "not knowing how to dance at all" and "being the guy who just drinks beer and stares at girl at clubs", I found that even though I still don't have anything that resembles rhythm or talent, I at least have a starting point now.
In four days with the DVD, I have a lot of the top rock down to the basics at least, and a much better understanding (read: any understanding) of just how your body is supposed to move when music starts playing. Going from nothing to anything at all in four days is a pretty damned good feeling, even if my moves are still flawed and even if I can’t put it all together yet, there’s a lot of confidence in just knowing you’re learning something like this—and this DVD makes that happen in a really easy and broken down way. I don’t have much natural rhythm or upper body strength, but this is really helping me develop all of that—especially the portions on freezes, glides, and pops. I doubt I’ll ever be as good as some of the people here, but with how fast this has progressed with a just couple hours a day I’m pretty confident that I’ll definitely be able to have a lot of fun with it. So thanks for putting it together. I definitely have a lot of newfound respect for the strength and balance it takes to do it, and look forward to having a little of my own. |

Just got mine three days ago and I LOVE it. Best part: They chose unbiased, talented, and helpful bboys to teach you. I've been breaking for 6 months and I already feel far more confident now that I have trained with the DVD. They show the moves good, they explain everything(unlike Garcia, who is a TERRIBLE teacher). It's good stuff, worth the cash.
I plan on using it an hour a day from here on out, and I hope to be pretty good because of this. |

I orded this vid a while back and the price had dropped on amazon so that made it even better. I love the vid and that is what i used to start and plan on using it to learn even more. I live in an isolated area so this DVD and the internet is all i got to learn. I'd recommend this to anyone who is just starting out or hasn't been at it too long. It's well worth the money!
