Why 4.9??? Its because I haven't watched all of it, so 5 stars!!! Seriously, I didn't really like the VHS and felt as if it was somewhat a waste of money. The DVD is great, but am still glad I had ordered the VHS, and I definitely comprehend more of the moves. I now think of breaking as a controlled science more than just moving around looking 'cool'. Wow is all I can say. Thanks to all the people, breakers, who went into making this DVD, it truly is one of a kind!!!

Well Just got my DVD today and I had to post a message just to say how good this video is and I think its worth the price most other bboy instructional vids don't give you anyway near this much! It has loads on the basic moves disc and break easy part is good telling you how to link the moves and stuff I think a great start for anyone learning! 100 x better than mike garcia's (don't waste money on mike garcia's "how to breakdance" spend it on this instead!

got the DVD last week and we put zulu's master class on when we were practicing. It was the most fun as we'd done some classes with him that weekend and it was a great review of all the rocking steps.

The DVD is great - such better format than VHS ... really, really good job

I just got the dvd this morning and haven't really had a chance to watch all of it, but so far it has been great. The explanations of the moves are very clear and easy to understand. It's way easy to learn moves when someone is telling and showing me how to do them, instead of watching moves and trying to figure them out on my own. Awesome dvd.

It gets a 4/5 because i have only watched about 20 mins of it! It's really a 5/5, but unfortunately i cannot start practicin the moves for a couple weeks cause i injured my knee at hockey, but it is great so far. I didnt really care for the vhs, it was a waste of my money, especially compared to the dvd.

my boyfriend and I purchased this dvd a couple of days ago and it's fair to say we think its absolutely dope!!!

Basic moves are easy to follow and the interviews with the oldskool dudes are a great insight to how it was back in the day

My personal fav is Zulu Gremlin teaching his class, what I'd give to have dude teachin me!!

i just got my video today (after a little bit of anguish) and all i can say is this video is DOPE!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited I'm wettin myself to get to the next part..... but if i move too quick I know my brains gonna turn to pudding cause of the info overload.

Anyone who's considering buying this video, it's a must. Worth WAAAAAAAAY more than what u pay, and the other battle footage is sick just to chill and watch.

This DVD is probably the best thing you can get right now for learning how to bboy. Not only does this DVD give you step-by-step instructions on how to do the moves, it gives you insight into the culture through the extra features likes the master class and interviews. Whether you're new to bboying or experienced, you can definately learn or improve yourself from this dvd. Order your copy!

The instructions are very simple and it concentrates a lot on the beginning stuff so you can develop a strong foundation fairly easy. The master classes will give you insight to different variations of the culture including pop and locking, glides and combinations. The interviews give a lot of background about bboying and the culture in general so it's a good way to elevate your knowledge.

I felt that the starting of the advanced moves could have been explained a bit more but it was still really helpful. Though the battles were good and interesting, I've seen a lot more dope battles on the net. Perhaps there was some copywrite issues or something but I thought the battles could have been a bit better, but they were still pretty good.

In any case, I would recommend this dvd to anyone who's interested in bboying at all. It's a great thing to have and I'm very glad and satisfied I own it.

I love this DVD, it helps you alot if you are a beginer or an advanced bboy or bgirl. Having this DVD is like having a real personal trainer in the room, showing you all the moves step by step. I think that this DVD is a must have for every bboy and bgirl.

I have to say that I'm pretty new to the bboy industry. I saw all the great reviews regarding this dvd and I am definitely impressed with it. The training is really easy to follow and not having to push rewind every two seconds is awesome. I was impressed with the videoclips and interviews. Like I said I'm pretty much a newbie, and I have learned some of the basic moves already, not fluent with them yet but with this dvd , i'll definitely be bboy at the clubs in no time. Great job for all of those who made this!!

i jess got my copy of this dvd yesterday, and began watching it right after i got it. this dvd gave instructions soo greatly, i had my little brother learn moves with me, and so far he got 6-steps, his toprock,buttspin, and almost mastering his one-legged swipes! I learned allot with the basic moves, and learned even more about breakin with Zulu's master class. That was DopE! this dvd is a true begginers guide for inspired peeps who wanna learn how to break. thanks for makin this dvd!

this is definately one of the most comprehensive tutorial DVD's i have ever watched on any subject, much less bboying which can at times be VERY difficult to explain without real live human bodies in front of you.
