Well Try a beanie I find the helmet does not give u the true shape of ur head and for me it is easier with a beanie. Just have a solid headspin practice and ur head will get used to it! Remember to swing ur legs and twist the hips- whip urself around!!

dude, dont use helmets, they give you the balance but using a beanie is way better, i use a beanie and now i can do headspins on concrete, ive been mastering headspin for awhile now.

Duration: 5 Days to get comfortable being on your Head - I did headstand for 2mins everyday. 3 Days for it to heal - Your not used to being on your head so its painful for now. 2-3 Days to start spinning abit - Make sure your hat is fitted tightly to prevent friction and yanking your hair everywhere. It will hurt ALOT so remember to rest between practices. In about 1 month, you can probably spin 5-10 rounds depending on how hard you work. You can get Helmets from those Cypher Website thing posted everywhere on this forum. You can also make your own Headspin Hat/Beanie, Just add Sponge and Knit some unworn clothes on it to make it comfortable. I made my own hat and it works perfect. No Pain no Friction. Good luck! |
