what i mean is that when i start practicing usually videotaping myself i see the moves are like not that awsome how can i fix this and i can't post the vids its a cellphone cam

Practice makes perfect, as for posting a program such as Windows Movie Maker is ideal for converting to a format that bboy.org will accept (just make sure to set your framerate to 30FPS so the speed of the vid doesn't bug!)
