Windmill -> 1.5 airflare -> Windmill

Funny cuz I watched this guy practicing it last night... cept his form was really bad and his legs are really bent in his airflares.

I know people who spent 4years just learning airflares... I've heard of guys pulling them off in a year... airflare to mill is supposed to be the easiest airflare transition.. windmill to airflare is supposed to be one of the more difficult airflare transitions...

You're talking to the wrong person though, power is not my specialty, I'd ask blueberry, image, superduff, mason_boy, or other people with strong power backgrounds.

Air flares feel so simple but im just nervous about taking both my hands off the ground for the spin. If i lose the fear id prolly be on my way to making some progress even though it will be small, its still progress.
