i i'm new here and two weeks ago i started bboying.
i thought i knew how to baby freeze but i saw now some video and i dont
i do know to do the easy way no problems (put your right elbow into your knee and the left elbow to your stomach and just get to the baby freeze position)
but i cant succed to do it the harder way ( by puting my left elbow into the stamech and the right arm on the floor and than i cant raize myself high enouth to the elbow like this video

(i can do the first part but not the second part of the baby freeze)

you want me to hold your foot or something? come on the only thing you can do is practice there's no trick to it.. seriously

instead of putting your elbow into your stomach i find it easier to put it into your hip then you can hold it and get up easier

Practice handglide freeze to baby freeze, after you can do that, going into baby from footwork is easy.
