I don't have a vid to show, but I have a huge problem.. when I'm toprocking my legs get tangled and I lose the rhythm and I forget what I'm going to do. I toprock on my toes and balance doesn't seem to be a problem, but I also don't know what to do with my upperbody and my hips..
TIPS?...

u don't toprock on ur toes, but the 'balls of your feet'
just try more basic toprock and reinstate ur foundation, that should clear up any unnecessary/messy steps
