LOL it happen to me tooo but i got pass that one and a half months ago, the secret really is, TAKE FISH PILLS FOR UR HEART LOL jk, even though it does make ur heart better lol, k heres the real tip. first just build up ur stamina by practicing more than ur use too thats all

thats to help build ur tiredness out lol, go joggin or sumthing, for the choppy ness, i think u mean when u do ur footwork its looks like ur chopping cuz u hesisitate, the only way to fix it is not to think about it but let ur body memorize ur sets or routines, soo just keep practicing and eventually it ll go away

, took me bout 2and a half months to get me choppy ness out lol, my problem now is sloppyness cuz of me new variations >.<(btw wooot 200 post lol)
