i been breakin fo a year almost and sometimes ill be braking and ill bust like 4 CLEAN flares and CLEAN no handers ect but then ill stop breakin fo like 2 dayz then i strugle to get barly 2 ugly flares i dont no if its my energy or do i gotta be practicin every day

Certain people like me and you need to make sure we practice and do our newly aquired powermoves almost everyday for awhile
How long? That depends on the person and his of her body

Others wont have to, could be mental, but I think its mostly muscle memory

But once you REALLY got it down, then you'll be able to skip a few weeks or so before it starts to really affect you

Also keep in mind you will have good and bad days. Nothing can be done about that aspect of life, it's true for all physical activity. Just make sure you keep practicing regularly and you're consistency will continue to go up.




I'm just another up-and-comer paying dues.
I think I'm possibly the slowest learner on all of bboy.org haha.
