take a break and make sure u start out slowly with your moves, often the best way to stetch is to do a move but not as hard as u usually would, so it lets your body adjust slowly
jumping into something can hurt u badly so be careful
a good idea is to go for a quick jog around the block and you should be warmed up nicely, especially your legs
