Nike Kick Pain - 09-02-2007, 08:03 PM

I've been doing Nike kick and i've been getting these pains on my right part of my pelvis. ( the leg that's straight in the nike) I think I'm overstretching it or something. It's sorta like muscle except i don't think it is. It just hurts. Can anyone help me with this? Any stretches to help with this. ( I think it's my groin muscle.

its just muscles stetching
take a break and make sure u start out slowly with your moves, often the best way to stetch is to do a move but not as hard as u usually would, so it lets your body adjust slowly
jumping into something can hurt u badly so be careful

a good idea is to go for a quick jog around the block and you should be warmed up nicely, especially your legs
