The Comprehensive How to Bboy Guide -
01-17-2007, 11:49 PM
Anyways, I don't know where to put it since it's so general, and I figure this is where it'd get the most attention.
Basically what I did over my winter break is compiled all stickied text guides on bboy.org onto one big .pdf file. I edited the majority for grammar and even included pictures if the guide used them. What's the purpose of a .pdf guide? Well, there's not many reasons, however, the reasons are pretty big. When you don't have access to the Internet but you still want help, you can always consult the guide. Also it's convenient to stick onto a flash drive and bring it everywhere, so you can read it during computer class if you feel so inclined to =D. Another good reason is printing it out. You can print it out, put it into a binder (the entire guide is about ~180 pages I think) and then bring it to practice! So instead of just practicing blindly at the gym, you can always consult the guide. But probably the biggest reason to get this is the organization! All the basics are organized into one section, all the power, etc. You don't have to look through all these forums for a guide you want, you can just check out the file and it's probably there. Anyways, here's the download link. Enjoy! http://www.bboy.org/The_Comprehensiv..._Boy_Guide.pdf [Edit - File now hosted on Bboy.org - this link is working.] |

Holy shit haha
My guide is in there and it's awesome therefore this should be sticked (someone?). Hahah. (Just a note, though: My name is actually Pommy (from sorc) ... Mistah P was just an account I used for a while because I lost the password to my original account. So where you had your Ed. note that said "Pommy from sorc [Now Mistah P]" it should actually be the other way around) |
