okay so far ive got down
a good toprock, incorporated a few moves i learned on here and a bit of my own style
baby freeze ( can hold it pretty much forever )
turtle freeze (still working on holding it)
knee drop ( i think thats what its called)
6 step
3step (sorta anyways)
one legged swipes ( i can link these into 6step)

any tips? just to get me working on something, i dont wanna run before i can walk

handstands, headstands. working on them builds strength and balance. you could also learn an airbaby, its pretty easy two handed.

i cant do handstands at all, i've got great balance otherwise but no matter how much i practice i cant get a handstand, i go up and then right back down onto my back x.x ill give the airbaby and hand glide a shot

well then kick up less hard, u will get the handstand if u practise enough

haha i got a pretty crappy handglide already airbaby is still a little hard, ill give handstands another shot *pulls out pillows*

Start with your hands above your head
Take one step forward
Kick up one leg at a time
Let your legs meet side by side in the air, point your toes, keep your legs straight
Come down one leg at a time, keep your hands above your head

I've taught a few people with horribel balance how to do it, it just takes practice
