Do I need the gym..? - 05-19-2005, 06:03 PM

First of all, hi everyone, I'm new.
All I can do is toprock, pompo, and i'm tryin a 2,3, and 6 step. but i find that it's difficult to hold myself with one arm doing these. i have barbells at my house. do i need to go to the gym to get the right workout? or could i just do crunches, and lift the weights and stuff. if i can do all the stuff at home, can you tell me what i should do?

Most moves dont even require any strength and those that do, you will gain it from practicing them.

difficult to hold urself with one arm when doin 2,3,6 steps?i thought it is nonit arm strength at all,just keepin practise and you don't have to go to gym.
