Ok, well size doesn't really matter if you have the strength to make it work. I've seen some dope overweight bboys just the same as I've seen some dope real real skinny ones. It's all about how you apply the strength that you have. A strong chest, triceps, and shoulders are basically essential for the majority of bboy moves, if for nothing else just for balance. For freezes, strong abs are very important. If you have a weak midsection it'll be very difficult to hold freezes especially the more difficult ones, such as air chairs. So I say do LOTS of sit ups, pushups, go to a gym and do some military press and some jerk for the shoulders, and practice practice practice. When you practice, you'll start to notice what feels sore in the morning and thats what you need to work on most.
As far as what dances you need to learn, that's a very broad and difficult question. Learn what you think looks good and what's most comfortable to you. If you work hard on the style stuff (toprock, downrock, freezes), then that'll work for you. But if that's real real real difficult and you find power moves more comfortable and easier to learn, become that kind of a bboy. It's all just personal preference really.
