push up pull ups...i dont know cause most of the exercises i can think of take more srength than a handstand, but just work on it and build your way up

live in the moment, not for the moment
live every day like its your last, but plan for tomorrow
and above all to your own self be true

yo man, just call me the pound
cause im fix to put this cat down

you only get one moment, dont let it go

dont be humble, you arent that good

that's what the wall is for. but once you can get up on the wall, stop using it. the worst thing you can do is become reliant on the wall. any other problems aren't about strength, it's balance.

Yeah vice is 100% right.
Use the wall ONLY until you have the strength.
Itll be harder to find your spot of balance if you get used to the wall.

Oh, and remember to breathe.
If you have a problem breathing due to your head being upwards and strainging on your neck, then look between your arms.

yea, don't use be too reliant on the wall, but if ya can, use the wall to help to help you handstand push up so that you build strength in your arms to at least hold you up

My friend told me to do diamond push ups. I think they help a lot...but that's my opinion.

I don't know about you, but I'm terrified of the wall. Personally, I found it easier to learn handstands without it.
