i need help on some work outs..
can u guys teach me da the best work outs..
and i cant go to the gym kuz i'm tooo young..
i need to learn some basics.
i can already do 6 steps.some freezes like baby freeze and air baby...
can u guys help me on my air chair ..
people keep on telling me that i need to put my arm as high it can go but i'm too weak..
i NEED help..

here a little work i do... - 02-27-2005, 01:14 PM

Crunches - 5 sets to failure
Lying Leg Lifts - 5 sets to failure
Side Crunches - 5 sets to failure
Crunches - 2 sets to failure
push ups-5set to failure
calf raises-2sets to failure
back down press-2 sets failure
side lifts-3 sets to failure

try to take as little time between sets as possible and contract your muscles between too...
all so 20 crunches and push ups before you go to sleep and in the morining helps... dont forget to take 1 or 2 days off too so you can let the muscie build
