Crunches - 5 sets to failure
Lying Leg Lifts - 5 sets to failure
Side Crunches - 5 sets to failure
Crunches - 2 sets to failure
push ups-5set to failure
calf raises-2sets to failure
back down press-2 sets failure
side lifts-3 sets to failure
try to take as little time between sets as possible and contract your muscles between too...
all so 20 crunches and push ups before you go to sleep and in the morining helps... dont forget to take 1 or 2 days off too so you can let the muscie build
live in the moment, not for the moment
live every day like its your last, but plan for tomorrow
and above all to your own self be true
