This guide is made to help those who want to do wrist moves and this guide will definitely help you.
1.The stretching
Now,stretching is a very important exercise that you would want to do to prevent unneccessary injuries and everyone knows that once you f*** up your wrist it could take weeks and even months to heal.
2.Push-ups
When you do wrist moves, you would be applying your own body weight on your wrists. So push-ups would be a good start to your wrist moves.
PUSH-UPS
Basics: Do push-ups on one wrist, and the other normal. Then alternate the hands,as in left do wrist, right do normal and then vice versa.
VID
Intermediate:Once you do not feel much pain as you did before, you can go on to push-ups on both wrists.
VID
Expert:Ok,now you want to go on to the next level and get better and better. But this could injure your hands if your fundmentals are not there.MAKE SURE your basics and intermediate are alright(pain in the wrists is not as pain as before).
1.Commando-styled wrist push-ups.
2.One-handed wrist push-ups.
3.Wrists handstand push-ups.(You would do this on the wall so that you can maximise your wrists endurance.Learn to do wrists handstand against the wall before attempting this.Hook your legs when you reach the wall)
MOVES
Once you get the iron wrists, where you don't feel or feel very very very little pain, you do incorporate with your footwork, freezes and moves.Eg.,footwork on wrists, freezes on wrists(check out bboy wrist gallery, bboy fayth's wrist airbaby/airchair and vice president's wrist planche, hope you all wouldn't mind) etc,and moves on wrists, like wrist solar eclipse, etc.
That is all, hope this guide helped you.If there is any questions just feel free to ask.
