Smile a Helpful tip - 12-01-2005, 06:18 PM

Dont worry about Power moves or anything flashy yet. Simply Start with the basic Top rock, an 6 Step. Practice them ova an ova until there nailed. Then one progression at a time. Always allow ur body time to adjust to new moves.

Also join a club, that way u can also gain first person help.

Go for it, an keep goin. Peace X

you know what you should "tell and explain" how to do the moves.... then it could be turned into a small hand book... cool huh?
