Hi there, i recently decide that i want to learn to break.
I've been reading around and first tried the turtle (at least i think it was the turtle) but i ended up with my face crashing in my wooden floor. Who can give me some tips about my balance and stamina?? All help is welcome TNX!!
Btw, everytime im standing upsidedown on my head my face and eyes turn red. Is there i way to avoid/train that?(dont tell me not to stand upsidedown) coz in the movies everybody is upsidedown as well.
