first, it's called a kick-up i think
now here are the steps
1)lay on your back and roll back on your shoulderblades and bring your knees a bit away from your face
2) fire your legs out and bring them under your body and don't forget to whip your upperbody and try to land on your feet
It's gonna take a while so practice and don't give up. You might first wanna try ta do it on a bed so you can get the feel of how to whip yourself
