Here is as basic as it's gonna get. It's called the turtle position.

-Get on your knees.
-Put your left hand down about a foot directly in front of you, and point your left hand fingers toward your left knee, so that your palm faces out.
-Lean forward and bend your elbow, so that it is stabbed firmly by your gut.
-Put your right hand down where it feels comfortable, but keep your right elbow under your body.
-Lean forward more and bend your knees so that all your weight is supported on your hands.
-Keep your back straight.

Yea okay, good job.

u might not be use to it, if u can get into it u should be fine but it could be a few things...not being use to the position is the most common

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

there is no master list it is just learn the things at your strong poins (handstands if u have strong arms, ground freexes if u have a strong midsection and so on) but u need to have some footwork (6step and some uprock) just prive message me if u have any questions.
