He i fuond out the hard way that when you break when you havent practised for a few months, you can get really screwed.
I jammed my thumb or teared something im not sure what yet trying to do the turtle without my hands flat on the ground. I couldv'e sworn it was atleast dislocated...

I prolly wont be able to practice again for a few weeks because i cant even move my thumb. Oh ya i forgot about the part about i say "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! THAT DAMN PAIN" It does hurt alot
