Hehe its kinda hard to explain without showing you but here goes... this is for ccw grinders.
1. start in wit both of of your toes flat on the ground, with your left fingers on the ground supporting you. Similar to a six step stance.
2. Extend your right leg out at about a 45 angle from your left leg
Should looks something like this l/
3. Swing your right leg hard under your left foot, using your hands to help push you off the ground, and your left foot hops over your right leg.
4. Repeat as needed. Just keep swinging your right leg and following 1-3.
You need to keep your right leg as fully extended as possible, it just looks gay when you bend it. Try to get it to where you're right heel never hits the ground. This is about the best I can do without actually showing you, you should be able to get the basics out of this. Also you're hands will do this kinda motion -_-_-_-_-_-_, up with one down with the other etc as you swing your leg around..you'll see what I mean.
