Heya peeps!! im just starting out and I was wondering what kind of start out move i shuld start learning for balance and strength...im not that weak and i have perty good balance culd some1 respond

look in the moves section about toprocks, you need a good toprock to start out in a circle, its the foundation or the intrductory move that gets ppl interested i watching, check it out. next after you grasp the concept of the toprock, check out 6 steps in the moves section.




Im finding it harder to be a gentleman everyday. All the manners that ive been taught have slowly died away.

hey man sup..the first move u should learn is toprock next go to sixtep u can find these moves in the moves section...next u should learn a good freeze not a difficult one an easy one and then start training on those moves..if u need anythin else ask me!
